Our espresso is organic, and we keep the rest of the menu clean too: organic Holy Kakow syrups, no artificial sweeteners, and breads from Alki Bakery. It’s breakfast you can feel good about on the way to work or after the school drop-off — family-run in Federal Way’s Twin Lakes neighborhood since 2013.

We carry dairy alternatives — organic, almond, coconut, and soy milk — and several baked goods are vegan and gluten-free. We are not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, so if you have a serious allergy, please let us know and we’ll talk through your options honestly.
